You can now choose Terveystalo Invoice as your online payment method when paying an invoice that you have received through the Terveystalo app and Terveystalo.com online service. We are offering Terveystalo Invoice in cooperation with Collector Bank AB (Walley).
When using this payment method, the following information about you will be sent to Walley for making a credit decision:
- Personal identity code
- Email
- Total
You must be at least 18 years old when ordering Terveystalo Invoice. Please note that using credit requires a positive credit decision by Walley. When applying for credit, you give your consent to Walley to find your name and address from the population information system. Walley will check your credit information when you place the order. The credit decision will be made by Walley, not Terveystalo, and the information will not be saved in Terveystalo’s customer information register. Your email address will be obtained from the data saved in Terveystalo’s system.
For more information, visit www.walleypay.com. Walley’s general terms and conditions for invoices, overdraft facility and partial payments can be found here (Terms_FI.pdf (walleypay.com)) and the Standard European Consumer Credit Information can be found here (SECCI_FI.pdf (walleypay.com)).
If Walley is not able to provide a credit decision within 30 seconds, you can choose a different method of payment. Once you have received a positive credit decision, the payment will be marked as paid, and you will receive the invoice right away to your email or home address. The invoice can also be downloaded from the Terveystalo app or from the online service. Delayed payments are subject to reminder fees and collection costs as well as interest for the delayed time in accordance with the law.
