Booking an appointment with a service voucher

Have you received a service voucher from your municipality or city? You can check on the municipality’s website whether Terveystalo is among the approved service providers and, if so, make an appointment.

The service voucher indicates for which services it can be used and how much of the price of the service it covers. You will have to pay any excess yourself. During the same visit, you can also purchase other services that are not covered by the voucher.

Take your service voucher and any referrals with you when you come to the appointment.

Booking an appointment at a municipal health center

Terveystalo is partially or fully responsible for the provision of social and health services for the municipalities listed below. More detailed service-specific contact information can be found on the website of the municipality.

In a customer satisfaction survey conducted in March 2021, our public health centers (including oral health care) received excellent scores: the NPS score for willingness to recommend was as high as 84. NPS (Net Promoter Score) refers to the recommendation index and indicates how likely customers are to recommend a service to their friends or colleagues.

Patient Ombudsman

The Patient Ombudsman works to promote patients’ rights and advises them on what to do if they are dissatisfied with the care or treatment they have received. The Patient Ombudsman does not act as patients’ legal counsel.
