First Aid Courses
First aid courses provide the employees with the preparedness to provide emergency first aid. We organize both nationwide and company-specific first aid courses for occupational health care customers. First aid training can be implemented as classroom teaching as well as fully or partially online. High-quality courses can therefore be easily completed alongside other work, regardless of time and place. The courses are suitable for the personnel of companies of all sizes, and the course content can also take into account the risk factors of the working environment of the company.
Delivery methods
The theoretical part of the course can be completed independently at a time that suits you. However, it is a prerequisite that it has been completed before the exercises. An intermediate certificate of completion of the theoretical part must be presented before the start of the practical section. The exercises will be held online via Teams under the guidance of the instructor. Participants may also be in a group on Teams from one terminal, provided that a speaker, microphone and camera are available.

All the first aid courses that are fully taught face-to-face are FRC first aid courses. The course is a traditional classroom-based course where the instructor guides the group on site.
Training via Teams always requires the use of a headset/speaker and microphone, as well as a camera. The recommended equipment is a computer and a Tbl device. The use of a telephone as a device for training is not recommended.
