With My Plan (Oma Suunnitelma), an employee can set goals to improve their health and well-being in collaboration with a healthcare professional. This encourages and guides the employee to take care of their own health and well-being. Progress and tasks can be easily tracked, and the app reminds the employee of tasks as well as treatment and follow-up appointments at Terveystalo. The employee can also comment on their progress and receive direct feedback from an expert.

To effectively target preventive measures, information is collected from regular health check-ups. Additionally, online health and exposure surveys can effectively assess work ability and health status.
