You can either cancel or reschedule your booked appointments. Se instructions below.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. There are three ways to cancel or reschedule an appointment:
- Online booking at My Appointments page. Log in using your bank identifiers or a mobile certificate.
- Terveystalo's mobile app
- Or call our customer service
Please note: the customer support e-mail address cannot be used to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Cancellation policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For late cancellations and missed appointments, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the scheduled service.
