According to the Healthy Working Life Barometer we conducted, Finnish business decision-makers share this belief. Our goal is to be the best occupational health partner for our clients and to provide a world-class customer experience. We believe that by focusing on developing our own operations for the benefit of our clients, we can address what is most important - at the right time and in the right place.
In the Healthy Working Life Barometer, business decision-makers stated that they foresee the most significant challenges in the future related to competing for talent and finding solutions to talent shortages, especially as the working-age population in Finland is aging and decreasing at an accelerating pace. One of the most significant expectations from an occupational health partner is preventive measures to support the work ability of the diversifying working-age population. At Terveystalo, we respond to these expectations by further intensifying multidisciplinary collaboration by strengthening occupational health teams with professionals from various fields and ensuring continuous care and community support even in potential transition situations.
When an occupational health team includes experts from various fields, it improves communication and collaboration among different professional groups.
