New for occupational health customers – online service and app will soon provide more comprehensive information on one's occupational health
During autumn 2023, to Terveystalo's app and online service will be added new section for occupational health customers where you can view the most common services related to your occupational health and find information about your occupational health team and locations.
Digital channels have seen strong growth in recent years as they provide an instant, secure and safe service regardless of time and place. A new view for Terveystalo's occupational health customers has been developed based on customer feedback with the aim of improving the customer experience.
– At Terveystalo, we want to offer our customers the best possible help and care, regardless of the channel. For our occupational health customers, the new view provides clarity about their own occupational health services and facilitates communication with their own team, says Sanna Solala, Product Owner for Terveystalo's online service.
The new view includes following information
- Quick links to consent forms and sickness certificates
- All members of your own occupational health team, to whom you can easily send a message directly from the service
- Information about your primary occupational health facility and information about other Terveystalo facilities where an occupational health team has been appointed for your employer company.
- The most common services covered by your own occupational health contract and any associated restrictions on whether the service requires a referral and from whom.
