Elina Paganus, Customer Relations Manager, is awarded the Service Cross of the Defence Forces in recognition of her meritorious and excellent customer service
On 3.6.2024, Elina Paganus, Customer Relations Manager at Terveystalo, has received the Meritorious Cross of the Defence Forces in recognition of her long and successful cooperation with the Defence Forces. The Meritorious Service Cross is a high distinction awarded for meritorious service to the service, military security of supply and logistics of the Defence Forces.
The Finnish Defence Forces are one of Terveystalo's long-standing occupational health care clients. Paganus has been involved in the management of the account since 2015, first as part of the occupational health team as an occupational health nurse and from 2022 as the account manager responsible for the account.
– It is a great honour to receive a Cross of Merit from the Defence Forces, a very important and valued customer for us. We have been working together for almost ten years now and it has been very rewarding and instructive. I would like to thank the Defence Forces for their trust and long-term partnership based on mutual respect and openness. The Cross of Merit reflects the commitment and expertise that we at Terveystalo bring to our customers and I would also like to express my gratitude for the honour to the team that has supported my work or my success in my work.
